The SBA guidance sources for CA lenders, which are considered specialized 7(a) lenders, is provided through the following Standard Operating Procedures:

  • SOP 50 10 8 Lender and Development Company Loan Programs [effective 06.01.2025]

  • SOP 50 56 1, Lender Participant Requirements [effective 08.01.2023] and

  • SOP 50 57 3.1, 7(a) Loan Servicing and Liquidation [effective 12.01.2024]

 

The Community Advantage Pilot Program guidance was provided through the CA Participant Guide which expired on October 31, 2023.

  • Version 7.0 was issued on May 1st, 2022 and is effective as of May 31st, 2022. See SBA updated Community Advantage page for resources and trainings.

  • Version 6.0 was issued on June 1st, 2020 and is effective as of June 15th, 2020.
